Ingredients

  • Ash gourd peeled cut in cubes 1/2 cup
  • Ginger (peeled) 1-inch piece
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Cumin Powder 1/4 tsp
  • Black salt or Himalayan pink salt 1/4 tsp optional
  • Water 1 cup

How to make Ash Gourd Juice

  1. Blend peeled, cubed white pumpkin (remove the seeds) with a small piece of ginger, lemon juice, cumin powder, black salt or Himalayan rock salt and water as required.
  1. Strain out the pulp and drink in empty stomach in the morning and eat your next meal atleast after 30 mins.
