Mash the sweet potato with the water in which it was boiled.
Add all the ingredients one after the other (Cocoa powder, Almond flour, Coconut oil, Maple syrup, salt, stevia powder, vanilla extract.
Mix all ingredients together with a hand blender except the chocolate chips.
Finally Add the roughly chopped semi sweet chocolate. (Reserve some to sprinkle on top)
Pour into a parchment paper lined baking tray. (Rub some coconut oil on the sides to stick the paper to the tray)
Add the remaining chopped chocolates on top.
Bake in a preheated oven 180 C, 40 mins.
Cool it cut and serve.
