  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4-5 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/2 an onion minced
  • 1 large clove of garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp butter and lots of
  • 4-5 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 1/2 cup tomato Basil sauce
  • 1/4 cup pasta water
  • 1/4 cup fresh cream
  • Japanese greens or baby spinach a handful
  • 100-200 gms Cleaned Shrimps

To Marinate Shrimps - 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, salt

  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder,
  • salt


  • Clean and devein the shrimps and marinate in salt, turmeric, red chilli powder set aside for 20 minutes
  • Heat a heavy bottom sauce pan, Sauté onion and garlic in butter and olive oil until softened.
  • Add in white wine and cook for 2 minutes and then add in the pasta sauce simmer a bit.
  • Add in marinated shrimps and cook the shrimps until curly. Check salt and add as needed.
  • Toss in cooked pasta add pasta water, Fresh cream and mix well.
  • Next add in a tbsp of butter, fresh spinach and toss it in. Cook for a few minutes on low to medium flame until until the sauce is rich and glossy.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley or cilantro and enjoy while it’s hot.
