Clean and devein the shrimps and marinate in salt, turmeric, red chilli powder set aside for 20 minutes
Heat a heavy bottom sauce pan, Sauté onion and garlic in butter and olive oil until softened.
Add in white wine and cook for 2 minutes and then add in the pasta sauce simmer a bit.
Add in marinated shrimps and cook the shrimps until curly. Check salt and add as needed.
Toss in cooked pasta add pasta water, Fresh cream and mix well.
Next add in a tbsp of butter, fresh spinach and toss it in. Cook for a few minutes on low to medium flame until until the sauce is rich and glossy.
Garnish with fresh parsley or cilantro and enjoy while it’s hot.
