This Easy Healthy Coleslaw is a healthier, low carb version of coleslaw using Greek yoghurt.

Salads are always a refreshing addition to meal times. Certainly, Coleslaw is one of the easiest salads to make.
In this Easy Healthy Coleslaw recipe, we will be using Greek yoghurt to add additional the protein.

Ingredients to make Easy Healthy Coleslaw
- 250 GMs thinly shredded cabbage or ready to use coleslaw mix
- 1/2 carrot thinly shredded
- 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Greek yoghurt
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- Black pepper – 1/2 tsp
- Half tsp Sugar
How to make easy Coleslaw healthy version
Mix all the ingredients – shredded cabbage, carrot, Greek yoghurt, mayonnaise, salt, black pepper, sugar and mix well, until combined.
Then, Leave the coleslaw in the refrigerator to chill for 30 minutes before use.


How long can I store the coleslaw ?
This coleslaw mix can be stored for about 3 – 4 days in the refrigerator and can be used for sandwiches or wraps as well as a salad.
Alternatives
Because, Greek yoghurt in the recipe adds additional protein and if you don’t have access to Greek yoghurt you can substitute with hung yoghurt in the recipe.
Sometimes I do use purple carrots to add a lovely colour and refreshing taste to the recipe.
